The cottage is a two story home. It boasts a pine finished interior, modern kitchen, fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. There is a master bedroom, second bedroom and loft on the main floor. A picturesque family room with fireplace sits adjacent to an oversized kitchen on the main level. There are two cedar decks accessed from the main level. Each deck is equipped with outdoor seating and a BBQ is yours to enjoy off the eastern deck.

The basement contains an additional three bedrooms and pull out couch. A large recreation room provides some books and children's toys in addition to a foosball table. Direct waterfront access occurs from this level. There are three bathrooms in the home. There are ample sleeping accommodations for 2 or 3 families with all the comforts of home.

The cottage is a dream in progress. Solid plywood flooring is found on the main floor while a concrete floor is found in the basement. Area rugs and throw carpets provide coverage for most areas. You will have access to a microwave oven, convection oven, coffee maker, bread machine, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, radio, VCR/DVD, CD player, washing machine, dryer and linens/towels. For the outdoors you will find a canoe, rowboat, paddleboat and water mattresses. There is a nine horsepower bylaw on Maeck Lake. Water skiing can be enjoyed on either Spring Lake or Eagle Lake. Both have boat launching sites. There is a volleyball/badminton site, basketball hoop and horseshoe pit on site.

Campfires (weather permitting) may be burned on the beach in the fire pit. There is a double picnic table, children's toys and resin chairs at the beachfront. Several lifejackets are provided for both adults and children. A floating dock (in shallow water) is available for fishing.

Water is supplied by a well system that runs off electricity. Water is checked annually at the local department of public health and is safe for consumption.

Swimming may be enjoyed off the flat rocks (deep water) or floating dock (shallow water). The lake bottom at the beach is soft to semi-firm. The water here is shallow as well.

Smoking is permitted outdoors. Ash bins are provided. No pets.
